PAYMENTS
To make shopping easy we offer you payment by Visa, Mastercard and direct bank deposit. Our site is secured using SSL technology so you can shop with confidence.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of being received. Your card will be debited upon dispatch of goodies.
If some items are unavailable we will advise before dispatch via email.
All items are GST inclusive
Delivery is the only additional cost.

We are always on the look out for more competitive courier rates so prices are subject to change. You would be notified of any changes.
Door to Door courier is all we use, they ensure the items arrived in one piece and as quickly as possible.
DAMAGE/RETURNS
We are very particular about our packaging, we expect the item to reach you in the way it left our showroom. Please advice via email upon receipt of the goods if the products are damaged in any way.
We believe you will be happy with the goodies you have chosen, as the website shows in detail the designs available. If however you are unhappy with the product please advise us by email or return the merchandise within 7 days (unused and in the condition you received them in) and we will exchange the items for another them, give you a credit for the amount purchased or refund the full amount less the delivery fee.
